At West Raspberry we want you to be 100% happy with the items you buy.  We stand by the quality and fit of our clothing and hope you love everything you get!  We totally understand that sometimes things just don't work out.  We offer returns for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY within 21 days from the date your order is delivered to you! Because our inventory changes so quickly we do not offer exchanges for different sizes, store credit is the only return/exchange option.


Return Policy;

We do NOT accept drop off returns.  If you would like to return an item please mail it.

The following items are all FINAL sale and cannot be returned to us:

  • Swimsuits

  • Holiday Items

  • Mystery Bags

  • Accessories (including Hats/Beanies, Jewelry, Purses, Hair Accessories, and Scarves)

  • Leggings, Sticky Strapless Bras

  • Doorbusters, Flash Sales, Clearance, Sales, and Items with Discounts of 20% or more

  • All Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached.  Any items that smell, have stains or appear worn will NOT be accepted.  Shoe boxes MUST be shipped in a bag or within another box, shoes boxes that come with return labels directly on the box or if the shoe box is damaged will not be accepted.  
  • Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT only.  Store credit will be issued for the price paid for the item.  Any discounts used cannot be transferred.
  • When returning an item you MUST include your name & order number in the package.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return and are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for our team to receive your return and process your store credit.
  • Credit will be applied to the account you used to purchase the item. If you ordered through facebook, the credit will be applied to your facebook account.  If you ordered through the credit will be applied to your website account.
  • We cannot apply credit to an order that has already been placed, please make sure your credit is applied before placing an order. 
  •  If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to email and pay a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.



 Defects or problems with your order;

  • If you receive an order that is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. If we are not notified within that time frame then it will not qualify for a replacement or return.  Please email us a picture of the defect as soon as you receive the item.
  • If you receive an item that is the wrong size or color please email us at so we can fix it for you!
